ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By becoming a member of the Jimmy Lion Family loyalty program, the participant acknowledges and expressly accepts, in full, the present Terms and Conditions of the Program.

GENERAL INFORMATION OF THE JIMMY LION FAMILY PROGRAM
The Jimmy Lion Family loyalty program is based on a points-based reward system, which are accrued based on purchases made on our online store and on the actions or challenges that members complete, always adhering to the rules described in the program's terms and conditions.

Any individual of legal age, residing in the US or making purchases subject to the conditions of our store in this country, can participate.

REGISTRATION
All Jimmy Lion customers will automatically benefit from the purchase benefits of our digital points program, Jimmy Lion Family, starting from 10/01/2023.

Customers who also have a registered account will be able to directly access all acquired benefits, points redemption, special advantages, and participation in other program-related activities.

Customers without a registered account, in order to access these benefits and actively participate in the program, must create a new account on the Jimmy Lion US online store.

POINTS ACQUISITION
Points will be calculated as whole numbers (i.e., rounded quantities without decimals).

Points Acquisition Based on Purchases
Starting from 10/01/2023, all customers will earn points for purchases made on the Jimmy Lion US online store. These points will be associated with the registered account used for the purchase. Customers who place orders as guests will also have their points associated as customers. Points will be allocated based on their customer profile and email address registered in their purchase details.

Each customer of our online store will be rewarded under this condition: $1 spent = 10 points = $0.10 discount.

Points will be calculated based on the final purchase ticket amount after deducting redeemed points, other discounts, or ongoing promotions.

Shipping costs will not contribute to points accumulation.

Points Acquisition Through Program Actions
Jimmy Lion Family offers its users the opportunity to complete actions associated with rewards. All registered program users will have access to these actions and can actively participate in the program.

Points accumulated through both methods (Points per purchase or Points per actions) do not have an expiration date and will remain valid for the entire duration of the program's existence. In the event of the program's discontinuation, the request for reimbursement or compensation for accumulated and unredeemed points will not be possible.

POINTS USE
The points of the Jimmy Lion Family program are of a personal nature and cannot be transferred between accounts, even if they belong to the same individual.

The points of the Jimmy Lion Family program can be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts automatically offered on our online store, such as discounts during sale periods or free shipping during special periods, with their use subject to special conditions and possible restrictions imposed by the brand.

Online Store:
Participants can redeem their points for an unrestricted discount, meaning there is no minimum point requirement or order amount for the redemption to be valid.
Accumulated points will be redeemed through the checkout page.

The discount will be applied immediately.

This discount is compatible with other discount coupons or gift cards.

Redemption of Points for Purchase Discounts:
Discounts will be applied to the Retail Price of the Products (taxes included) and never to other amounts such as shipping or return costs.

Redemption of Points for Special Benefits:
Program participants can redeem their points for offered services or products, as detailed in the Benefits section of their user profile.

In no case can the points be exchanged for money or their equivalent value.

RETURN PROCESS
Points earned from a canceled order will be deducted from the participant's account balance once they process the return of that order.

In the event of a return for an order where points were redeemed for a discount, the participant will receive the total amount spent after applying that discount. The points used to redeem the discount will be added back to the participant's account balance.

PERSONAL DATA
Any information we have about you, obtained through your registration for our newsletters or through the purchase of products, will be incorporated into a file owned by Jimmy Lion for the purpose of providing you with correct service regarding purchased products, conducting statistical studies to design improvements in the services and products we offer, as well as keeping you informed about news, products, and services related to jimmylion.com.

At any time, you can exercise your right to rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data by sending us an email at hello@jimmylion.com.

We commit to adopting all technical, organizational, and security measures that guarantee the basic objectives of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data to prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, in accordance with current regulations on personal data protection and other applicable laws.

Whenever it is necessary to provide personal data, we will assume that you guarantee that you are over 14 years old and that you will provide truthful and lawful information, reserving the right for Jimmy Lion to exclude you from our services in case of providing false information.

We will use your data (obtained online or in person), among other purposes, to manage your registration as a user, manage the purchase of products or services, attend to your queries, as well as to, if you wish, send you our personalized communications.

We are authorized to process your data for various reasons. The Jimmy Lion Family Program, and thus its terms and conditions, will come into effect from 10/01/2023. Jimmy Lion reserves the right to cancel or modify the Program's conditions at any time.

PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL
The Jimmy Lion Family loyalty program is a benefit linked to all registered users of Jimmy Lion. Withdrawing from participation in this program entails the cancellation of your Jimmy Lion user account and all information related to your orders.

All participants in the program can exercise the right to rectify or cancel their Jimmy Lion account at any time by emailing hello@jimmylion.com.

Canceling your subscription means you will only be able to make purchases on our online store by checking out as a guest.

In the event of cancellation, any accumulated points will be forfeited.

FRAUD AND PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Jimmy Lion reserves the right to take appropriate actions in the event of detecting fraudulent behavior or suspected fraudulent behavior.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Jimmy Lion Family loyalty program is subject to Spanish legislation, without regard to conflicting rules or principles of law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the subscription will be resolved by the corresponding court in SPAIN, unless otherwise agreed upon in mandatory consumer protection laws.
