"For the second year in a row, I purchased 6, 4-sock boxed sets to give as gifts. When the socks arrived, only 8 of the 24 socks were in the Jimmy Lion boxes. I immediately contacted the company through email, (no telephone number is listed on their website), and despite 3 emails, I still have not received the missing boxes. It appears to take a corporate resolution to send out 4 empty boxes by this company. I won’t do business with them again."
